Cylinder block is surfaced to surface finish Ra 20 or finer, which exceeds the factory specification in both flatness and smoothness for the block to head sealing surface.
The Cylinder bores are blue print bored a true 90deg from the crankshaft center line, prior to being diamond honed to within .0002" for precise piston to cylinder bore clearances.
Main bore ( line bore) for the crank shaft is linked bored to precisely align the crankshaft in the engine block . Also includes on full rotational assembly

Hone Block to Ra 13 finish
Magnuflux and pressure test heads
Inspect valve guides for tolerance and replace as needed
Install new valve seals

New Motorcraft Harmonic Balancer
NO CORE CHARGE WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT BY BUYING YOU AGREE TO HAVE THE ENGINE CORE READY FOR PICKUP AND RETURN TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ENGINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY (UNTIL CORE CHARGE IS PAID IN FULL) THE CORE CHARGE IS 2500.00. IF YOU HAVE NO CORE OR THE CORE IS NO GOOD (CORE MUST HAVE NO VISIBLE CRACKS OR HOLES AND ROTATE 360 DEGREES) THEN THE ENGINE WILL BE SHIPPED IN SHRINK WRAP ON A NON RETURNABLE WOODEN & THE APPROPRIATE CORE CHARGE DUE.
ANY CORE ENGINES NOT RETURNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 40%.
