Stock connecting rod (small end) receives new bronze pin bushing machining & installation, and bushing is honed to piston pin spec. All rods are weight matched.
Machining operations are performed in house on our Rottler F69ATC as well as our Rottler H85A Diamond Cylinder Hone, SG9MTS CNC seat and guide.
Each cylinder block is magnafluxed and inspected prior to any machine work to ensure that the casting is sound.
Engine Block Ultrasonic Testing to ensure proper cylinder wall thickness, and no cavitation issues.
The cylinder block is surfaced to surface finish Ra 30 or finer, which exceeds the factory specification in both flatness and smoothness for the block to head sealing surface.

NO CORE CHARGE WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT
BY BUYING YOU AGREE TO HAVE THE ENGINE CORE READY FOR PICKUP AND RETURN TO US
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ENGINE.
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY (UNTIL CORE CHARGE IS PAID IN
FULL) THE CORE CHARGE IS 2500.00. IF YOU HAVE NO CORE OR THE CORE IS NO GOOD
(CORE MUST HAVE NO VISIBLE CRACKS OR HOLES AND ROTATE 360 DEGREES) THEN THE
ENGINE WILL BE SHIPPED IN SHRINK WRAP ON A NON RETURNABLE WOODEN & THE
APPROPRIATE CORE CHARGE DUE.
ANY CORE ENGINES NOT RETURNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL
BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 40%.
WE WILL NEED THE YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, AND VIN NUMBER TO MAKE
SURE YOU ARE BUYING THE CORRECT ENGINE BEFORE WE SHIP.
