( CNC MACHINED AND BLUE PRINT BORED, DIGITIZED, DIAMOND HONED, SURFACED, LINE BORED, Piston weight matching , Rod weight matching All weights and Measures Recorded. Piston diameter measured to the nearest .0001" matched to cylinder bores Piston ring gaps measured and recorded Main and rod oil clearances measured to the nearest .0001" Cylinder block is surfaced to surface finish Ra 20 or finer, which exceeds the factory specification in both flatness and smoothness for the block to head sealing surface. The Cylinder bores are blue print bored a true 90deg from the crankshaft center line, prior to being diamond honed to within .0002" for precise piston to cylinder bore clearances. Main bore ( line bore) for the crank shaft is linked bored to precisely align the crankshaft in the engine block . Also includes on full rotational assembly 6.4 Powerstroke Diesel Cylinder block Bore block back to crankshaft center line Hone Block to Ra 13 finish

Cylinder bores measured and recorded

Stock forged connecting rod (small end) receives new bronze pin bushing machining & installation, and bushing is honed to piston pin spec. Forged connecting rod big end cap is surface ground, resized and honed to spec. (not applicable if billet or 4340 forged rods are selected). All rods are weight matched.

Machining operations are performed in house on our Rottler F69ATC as well as our Rottler H85A Diamond Cylinder Hone, SG9MTS CNC seat and guide.

Each cylinder block is magnafluxed and inspected prior to any machine work to ensure that the casting is sound.

Engine Block Ultrasonic Testing to ensure proper cylinder wall thickness, and no cavitation issues.

The cylinder block is surfaced to surface finish Ra 30 or finer, which exceeds the factory specification in both flatness and smoothness for the block to head sealing surface.

NO CORE CHARGE WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT BY BUYING YOU AGREE TO HAVE THE ENGINE CORE READY FOR PICKUP AND RETURN TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ENGINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY (UNTIL CORE CHARGE IS PAID IN FULL) THE CORE CHARGE IS 2500.00. IF YOU HAVE NO CORE OR THE CORE IS NO GOOD (CORE MUST HAVE NO VISIBLE CRACKS OR HOLES AND ROTATE 360 DEGREES) THEN THE ENGINE WILL BE SHIPPED IN SHRINK WRAP ON A NON RETURNABLE WOODEN & THE APPROPRIATE CORE CHARGE DUE.

ANY CORE ENGINES NOT RETURNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 40%.

WE WILL NEED THE YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, AND VIN NUMBER TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING THE CORRECT ENGINE BEFORE WE SHIP.
